I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. I thought I left enough time for it to arrive before Christmas. I still have not received anything.

I got a chance to see it, visiting my girlfriend during the Christmas Holidays. It is absolutely beautiful. She was overjoyed and extremely appreciative of the gift.We both were “VERY” satisfied. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I give it a “10”.
2 out of my 5 blankets were wrong and the person I finally got in touch with via email tells me that they won't be ready in time for the senior soccer banquet that I had ordered these for, well in advance. They told me that they have orders that they need to fulfill. Shouldn't orders that the company messed up on be a priority?? Yet to hear back. Customer service is not good at all!! Will never use them again!!
